Java / Grails library for Twitter: JTwitter, Twitter4J, or Grails plugin?

I want to integrate a new application (which will probably be created in Grails) with Twitter, and I find that there are (at least) 3 libraries to use. JTwitter , Twitter4J and the Grails plugin .

Any opinions on the pros and cons of each of them are appreciated.

I will mark this as a wiki community, as there is no single answer.

Grails plugin uses JTwitter. For me, Twitter4j looks better because:

  • - git, javadoc, . JTwitter .
  • JTwitter , , .

JTwitter , 2 :

  • Twitter4j - ( auth ).
  • Twitter4J API Twitter, .
  • JTwitter - , .
