Cheap Development Board for Windows CE

Question

I am looking for a development board for WinCE, preferably with the following connectors:

• VGA / DVI for screen
• USB for kb / mouse
• Ethernet (10 Mbps ok, 100 will be even better ;-))
• Storage (e.g. SD / MMC / CF cards)

I am looking for this because I want to visit the design of the Imagine Cup, Embedded Systems. And I'm looking for a challenge, of course -).

I found a panel called HawkBoard ( http://www.hawkboard.org ), but I want to know if there are alternatives at about the same price (max. $ 200, including shipping / customs / taxes). I need a BSP, of course ,-).

Any old PC with a VESA-compatible video adapter and network adapter based on NE2000, realtek RTL8139 or 3COm 3Cx5, can be used as the target Windows CE device using CEPC BSP. If you have an old 486 or more powerful computer that is not in use somewhere in your garage, it's time to resurrect it! :)
