Problem with Windows Phone ComboBox Style

Question

I am using a ComboBox control in my application. I understand that there is no supported Metro theme for it, but the ComboBox is perfect for my needs, so we are here ... Therefore, my predicament is that I need to create a metro theme from scratch or I need to spend as 2 days to recreate ComboBox control. I tried the first option (creating a metro theme), but I have some problems:

• The text is always white - I can not determine how to install it.
• I can not change the color of the selection window (and not the drop-down list)
• I can not change the color of the dropdown

I played with Blend for HOURS and don’t see how to change these values. Any help is greatly appreciated. Here is my current style:
