Font issue and underline in HTML email

I wonder if anyone can help? I am testing different email clients with HTML email, it has a black font in the form of a font, and the client wanted the underline to remove the link. Everything is thin and dandy in browsers when I use the standard built-in css to do this. However, when I test on clients, underlining shows, after a little research, it seems to be a black black problem. Do I need to use black black mobile and turn off underline?

<a href="" target="_blank" style="font-family: Arial black, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18px; color:#000;text-decoration: none;">blah blah</a>
