How to make C # exe artificially large?

Question

I have a requirement to make an existing C # application 10 MB in size.

Making an application easy by making it big intentionally is not so much. There is an obvious way to add inline images, but I want the exe to be compressed to a small size. Any idea?

What about an embedded resource that only contains spaces? It should shrink well.

Why not add an embedded text resource file to many duplicate characters?
