How to detect the navigation button by clicking on HTC’s desire?

I am testing the program on an HTC phone. There is a special button to the right of the menu button. This is a circle. It was used for navigation. You can also click on it.

I would like to discover when someone clicks it on a line of mine ListView.

I tried to insert convertView.setOnKeyListener((OnKeyListener)..., but it does not work. Any ideas?

Apparently, a good way is to listen for the OnClick event from the list, not the adapter ... Because there is a difference ...
