Will Safari for iPhone be accepted in the iTunes store?

I'm going to start developing an application for the iPhone. The application itself is quite simple, and I want the fastest processing time.

I myself am a web developer specializing in traditional web technologies such as PHP / MySQL; I have no experience in Objective-C.

My plan was to create a very basic application for the iPhone, which is simply a Safari service that passes some basic URL variables. This URL is an application embedded in PHP and hosted on my servers. Thus, I can create an application very quickly without resorting to outsourcing.

My question is, will apps of this nature be accepted in the iTunes store or will they be rejected incorrectly? Any experience or comments are very welcome.

thank

It can go anyway, but a reasonable brand 12.3 from the App Store Review Guide:

12.3 Applications that are simply web snippets, content aggregators, or a collection of links may be rejected

In my opinion, a simple wrapper UIWebViewaround your website comes close to defining a simple web trim. Your approval may very well depend on your luck in attracting a pretty reviewer.

SHOULD be accepted, provided by you with a test test case, and make it look like your own application. You will also need to make sure that your server is never running, or if the application cannot receive it, an error message is simply displayed. You should also keep in mind that there are many iPod Touch users and they do not have Internet access all the time. That means you can get BUNCH 1-star reviews
