Is Access 2007 Touch Screen POS the Right Choice to Convert My INFORMIX-SQL Application?

I tested several development tools to convert my SQL message based application. These are: Genero / 4Js, FileMaker, Oracle APEX, VFP, Clarion and Access 2007. I have an app for pawnshop CRUD (see the video demo www.frankcomputer.com) This application is intended for customers who mortgage, sell or buy goods. I need to have one form with several CRUD tables that displays a single customer owner in the upper half with all the customers associated with them who they mortgage, sell or buy in the lower half. Is it possible to execute CRUD from one form in Access? The main reason I'm leaning towards Access is integration with Excel, Word and other modules, plus many have experience with it, plus Microsoft. Can someone who developed applications with Access tell me if I can simulate an INFORMIX-SQL based application and what limitations does Access have? Alternatively, you can use a touch-screen POS interface such as Microsoft Dynamics, or other POS application / rapid development system generators, available to re-record my current application?

I suspect that if you ask the Foxpro developer, they will tell you that this is the best tool of choice.

And I'm sure that if you ask the file wizard developer, they will tell you to select their tool.

To a large extent, the question arises, for the most part, if you ask an access developer, that developer will also answer yes.
