Changing SQL Server Database Sorting

Can I change the sorting for all objects in the database?

For example, if I change the sorting of a database, it should change all the objects (tables, procs, etc.) associated with this database.

I had this problem some time ago when we changed the base database to support unicode and demanded to change the character sets in the old database to support Hungarian.
