How to update existing status bar notifications when changing locales

Please let me know how to solve this problem.

Status bar messages are displayed in X even after changing the language from X to Y. Please help me with what needs to be done to update it. For example: Even after changing the language from En to Ja, status notifications are displayed in En only ie The application sending the status line notification is launched for the first time in En.
