RDBMS vs Key-Value Databases

Why RDBMS?

  • data integrity

  • Get quality results using SQL and prevent duplicates

  • use SQL to access data -> Easy.

  • Much more

Why is a key-value pair?

  • horizontally scalable

  • Simple data sets - hashmap, associative arrays, etc.

  • Easy to put () and get ()

  • A lot more.

So, is there some kind of shell that communicates with the nosql databases and provides RDBMS-like functions? For example: do JOIN or WHERE in a no-sql database? How is this idea as a wizard project - "A wrapper around nosql that gives rdbms-like freedom"?
