3rd party service to run web service

Question

I am looking for a third-party service or tool that can start or delete a web page as scheduled. Somebody knows? I am currently using my window scheduler to get to these pages, but there are gaps in this since I am not starting my computer 24/7.

There are many free website monitoring services that check the availability of your site by checking if the given URL matches properly. One of them that I use is http://mon.itor.us/ Give the URL of your page and this will do the trick.

I created an open source application called Pinger. You can make unlimited URLs at intervals of your choice. Documents have instructions for quick launch on Heroku:

The only problem is that you can set the interval, not a specific time.
