Question

The subject line says all this is true.

Some Google search engines reveal a mysterious lack of relevant information. Some pointers to an existing application would be great!

These are strictly simple XML files — you can even get an XML schema file describing their exact structure.

You should not take it too far into Delphi and present it in any way convenient for you. You don't need any particular library or component - just XML parsing and a little patience :-)
