Canvas or SVG UI Components

Question

I want to create a web application using either canvas or SVG. But I would like to use a library that gives me some ready-made ui components, such as menus or file forms.

What are some of the libraries that could accomplish this with any of these technologies?

Mocha ui uses Canvas and is probably closest to having good file menus and forms: http://mochaui.org/
