Nsis when restarting Windows-7 to install .NET 4 installation does not continue

Question

When installing my application, I also install redistributable .NET 4.0 if .NET 4.0 is not available on the computer.

On Windows-7, this sometimes (possibly always) causes a reboot (out of nsis control).

I want the installation to continue after a reboot.

I would appreciate advice on how to solve this scenario with nsis.

You can use the RunOnce section .

NSIS does not support the restart manager (but you can probably call RegisterApplicationRestart with a system plugin).
