MS Access 2010: "sorting sequence not supported by the specified file format"

I recently upgraded to MS Access 2010. When I open some .mdb (2000-2003 file format), I am greeted by this message: collating sequence not supported with the specified file format. I'm not sure what that means, but he gives it to me every time the database is open.

I have Googled around, but did not find anything that, in my opinion, was related. If I updated the file format to 2007, he did not give me a message, but in this situation it is not so much.

Is this a problem in 2010? or is something corrupted by my database? What do I need to do to get around this?
