ASP.NET AJAX 4.0 Client-Side Data Binding

Question

I read several articles in the MSDN journal about new features in ASP.NET AJAX 4.0 - primarily client-side data binding. I believe that MSDN sometimes has a lot of "marketing", so I'm interested in the opinions of real developers. Is it worth it? Do you plan to use it?
