Import a WAR file into Eclipse. Name cannot be empty

Question

I need to create a web application and follow this guide at IBM: http://www.ibm.com/developerworks/data/library/techarticle/dm-0509cline/

However, when I try to import the LowFareAir.war file into Eclipse, I continue to receive the message "The name cannot be empty", and this does not allow me to continue. I'm a complete newbie to this, am I doing something wrong? I followed the Eclipse documentation and documentation on the IBM website for the project and did not work.

Before importing a war file, check in your workspace if this project exists if it deletes it and imports the war file again.
