Who still uses CVS and why?

Question

Which projects are still using CVS and why (besides “too much work” or “we are afraid of change”). That is, I would like to know if CVS has any pros compared to its competitors.

Subversion vs CVS had some interesting CVS pros, but I'm more interested in VCS in general, and not just a comparison with SVN.
