Android: What is the maximum size of the application I can upload to the market?

Question

I have 3 video files each of 70 MB in my raw folder, besides other audio files of several KB. When testing the application, an error installing insufficient space on the DROID appears. I tried to uninstall the applications, and now I still have the applications that are necessary for the device.

What needs to be done to solve this problem? I also wonder what will be the size of the application that I can upload to the Android market?
