Does anyone know how to integrate the joomla search function using custom built components? Or do you know a textbook / information page with the information I need?
I would like the search to collect information from my components, currently it only returns data from articles, web links, contacts, categories, sections and news. I have several custom components for which I need a search to find the results.
If anyone can help, that will be great! :)
