Runtime Error "429"

Question

I have developed inventory management software using VB6. and I copied it on the client machine and it worked. but 3 days before they formatted the system, and now I copied the software again and I tried to run the application. but i got the following error message

Runtime Error "429": ActiveX Component Cannot Create Object

Please help me.
