WebDAV Server for Cocoa iPhone and iPad running iOS

I am looking for a WebDAV server - the best Open Source - for the iPhone and iPad for integration in my application. It should be possible to list, upload and download files. I would like to point the server root to the Documents folder of my application, so the methods should be displayed directly to the file system, if possible.

In my internet search, I came up with some suggestions, but they didn’t work for me:

  • touchcode - part of the WebDAV server can be found by unter 'Experimental', and I could not start it. Maybe someone has a working release?

  • iSharing was a commercial solution that was now dropped by the developer. I could not find more information about this.

  • CocoaHTTPServer is a sample Apple sample of a simple HTTP server. Apple employees themselves do not write their support list, which would be a good starting point, although I could not find a WebDAV add-on for it. Maybe there is one?

Try combining DynamicServer and iPhoneHTTPServerin projects CocoaHTTPServer. Use NSFileManagerto get the contents of a file. You must use a web browser ...
