The default settings make up each line at which the selection point should be highlighted. Is it possible to make this line not selected (for me, the point on the left side of the window is enough)

I do not believe that you can turn off breakpoint highlighting, but you can go to tools / options / environment / fonts and colors and change the highlight color of the breakpoint lines just like the default non-screen one.
