How to remotely debug customer issues from a website

Most recently, put a new website live to watch online. The site is built on ASP.NET MVC and primarily jQuery. We tested the site pretty strictly in IE6 / 7/8, Firefox, Safari, Opera and Chrome. We record exceptions and register them.

We just received a couple of complaints when a user cannot register on the site. There are no exceptions that have been excluded from the .NET level, just, apparently, the "register" button does not work.

What are the best methods for debugging such a problem? Is there a good way to remotely log events on the client side? We are at the point where we need to contact this user and use webex or copilot or similar to see what happens?

Edit / update: great stuff in this area - now you can remotely use webkit developer tools using Weinre - it's awesome. In addition, for this type of problem, Glimpse is also a big help.

If there are no errors on the server, the problem occurs on the client side. If the user fails to associate any additional information, then the button does not work, you will most likely spend your time fixing this problem by e-mail. I would start a remote session with them (using your selection tool) so that you can see their browser and really can debug the problem personally.
