Should I learn Rails, Joomla or DHTML as a beginner?

This is not a major programming problem, since most of the posts on this website excuse me for this, but I did not know where else to ask about it.

I am starting to work in web languages and want to create a small website for our family business, mainly a bunch of galleries that will display our various product lines with prices and some basic characteristics for customers to get an idea ... Currently I "Pursuing the science of compromise below level"

So, here is the problem I cannot solve between platforms

I started with HTML and did the basic layout, but it didn’t work at all, since I needed to have dynamic galleries that were pretty difficult to copy manually, and since we needed to update frequently, it would be a pain even if I could do it

then I thought about Joomla, as it would be easy to update, but soon realized that it wasn’t easy to set up templates

Then I started reading about Ruby on Rails and what it offers, and it sounded very interesting, maybe it would be useful in developing the applications that we need for some time.

so I wanted to know from the community whose course should be pursued: DHTML, Joomla, RoR Please keep in mind that I want this to be a learning experience that will be useful, possibly in the future in my professional career and at the same time to do the work.

I would choose Joomla. They have a huge number of components and modules that should meet your needs. Regarding customization, if you are a beginner, it will be difficult regardless of the platform. DHTML is not a platform. DHTML is mainly javascript, css and php. I suggest you get some books on how to do dynamic things with javascript and jquery, style css and create MVC sites with PHP. When you learn all this, your work on setting up any platform will be much easier.
