How to create a convenient reporting interface

I have a ton of related data revolving around school, students, teachers, classes, places, etc.

I ran into a problem posed by my fourth client; they want to have reports about everything. This means that they want each point to intersect the datum points, and I think I just don’t need to write a beautiful query builder.: /

This question on the stack aims to give an opinion on how to beautifully structure the reporting interface.

Any suggestions, links, examples, jQ plugins, etc. will be awesome.

Thank!
