How to change <s: Envelope to <SOAP-ENV: Envelope if I use wcf?

I am having a problem with wcf and myap xml response of my service. How to change <s:Envelopeto <SOAP-ENV:Envelope? I assume this should be controlled using a property?

I am using .NET 4.0, C #, basicHttpBinding and messagecontracts

Why do you need this? By definition, XML has exactly the same meaning, and I am afraid that this is not possible if you do not create your own message encoder.

Edit: Here is a post that describes how to replace a custom encoding prefix.
