What tool can I use to search for classes present in the C ++ static library (.lib)? This information is intended to create a library in one solution and use it in another solution, providing lib as input to the linker. Since lib may come from third parties, it is difficult to find what services it offers.

Usually from documentation and headers. If you do not have this, you can use dumpbin -exportseither dumpbin -symbolsto get a list of exported functions (mainly -symbolsfor static libraries, -exportsfor reference libraries for DLLs).
