The order in which CSS rules are displayed in Chrome Developer Tools

I studied the webpage in Chrome Developer Tools and noticed that CSS rules are displayed in alphabetical order. I noticed that when I tried to track the inheritance of the rules applied to the element through all my ancestors.

Is there a way to change the display order of the rules? Or perhaps this is possible with other tools?

I offer you Firebug Lite . It does not support all the features of the well-known firebug for firefox, but still a great tool for chrome.
