Is there an IntelliJ plugin for posting code snippets to Gist

I like the gist plugin in Emacs, which allows me to select some code and post it on gist.github.com so that I can insert a link in the chat box to discuss with my colleagues.

I really like IntelliJ IDEA. Does anyone know about such a plugin?
