Bucket Heroku S3

I move the application to Heroku, and then I realized that I need to configure the S3 bucket in the states where it is currently located in the EU. This is done so as not to pay for translations.

What I don’t understand is what I should choose for US S3. I am represented by Northern California and the US Standard Regions, but cannot find anything to clarify which one I should choose.

In fact, there is no choice, except to choose the region that is geographically closest to the consumer of S3 resources - and this is only for the reasons for the delay. On the S3 pricing page:
