How can I add an item to the Folders menu with the right button?

I need to add an item to the context menu of folders when I click on the address of the send folder in my application. How should I do it? it will be a great help if you tell me how to create a popup menu for this element and how can I use images for the elements? something like WinRAR .... what about file types? Similar? thank.
