Controller actions called twice - Php application

I am a newbie, so if I am lacking any information or anything else, please let me know and I will provide it. I have already searched for information about this error, but so far have not found anything. So here is the deal. Some of my actions with controllers are called twice, and I just noticed that when I was wondering why I sent SOME emails twice (the application that I have had an email client turned on). and only after registering what I do, I noticed that the controller is called twice ... By the way, this only happens when I called the action from a link outside the application or by typing a URL. If I'm not clearing up or something is missing, please post here anyway so that I can add more information.

Thanks in advance!

  • <img src = "" /> and relatives.

If you have places where you create the src attribute of the img tag , make sure that it is not empty in any freak cases; multiple browsers take an empty src as a hint to reload the page. 1 , 2 , 3

I don’t know if you want to have badges, but as mentioned above, make sure that all the resources you pull in (img / js / css) are properly referenced to avoid the browser trying to request the page again
