Arrows do not work in fancybox

Ok, this is too weird!

I have an input field in fancybox, when I type something and want to move between characters, and when I press the left or right arrow keys, it does not move ...

Arrow keys just don't work!

Has anyone encountered a similar problem before?

This seems to be a fancybox known issue as fancybox captures these keystrokes for its own purposes.
