Advanced Analytical Functions Guide in Oracle / SQLServer

Can anyone recommend a good tutorial (or a book, perhaps) that covers advanced topics when using analytic functions?

I am looking for something that covers both Oracle and SQLServer, or two separate manuals if one of them does not exist. It would be useful to offer good examples of using non-trivial functions (LAG, LEAD, GROUPING, PERCENTILE).

Please do not point me to the basic reference material of Oracle Technet or MSDN - I saw this. I am looking for something that goes beyond just syntactic or trivial examples.

I like the tutorial / introduction for implementing PostgreSQL. It not only covers simple syntax, but also introduces the concepts behind them. This perfectly explains what a window is and the frame inside the window.

PostgreSQL syntax is pretty much compatible with Oracle syntax, so it will help you. Not sure how it is implemented in SQL Server.
