Is there a way to export SQL statements from a Viso 2003 entity entity diagram?

Depends on which version of Visio you have.

There is a version of Enterprise edition pr Professional, which has a menu item databasethat will export (and import) the database schema from Visio.

If you have a lower version, you may not have any engineering or engineering database functions.

I do not think this is possible with Visio. The best thing you can do is go to the SQL Server chart window (database chart) and right-click the empty blank space on the chart - there is the option "Copy the chart to the Clipboard", you can paste it into MSPaint or Photoshop.
