Delete specific files from change history

I am trying to delete certain files from the revision history that I did not mean. Can someone provide a way to do this?

You will need a tool svndumpfilter. The procedure includes dumping your repository, filtering (using svndumpfilter) your dump file, and reloading the results into a new repository. See this chapter in SVNBook for more details.
