Downloading in IE6 Is Fiddler Faster?

Our asp.net application has a download function. When Fiddler runs on the client (with Act as a system proxy), loading is fast (10megs in 20 seconds). however, when Fiddler does not work on the client, it takes about 5 minutes. Anyone have any suggestions?

Fiddler does not replace this parameter, but as a local proxy server, it locally fills the entire POST request (so that a small buffer does not matter), and then it blows it up on the server as fast as the server takes it. The send buffer size has been increased in later versions of the browser.
