How to determine outsourcing Outlook "out of office"?

I work on a mail server that receives messages from users. I want to be able to filter Outlook startup messages "Out of Office". It seems that these messages do not have a special header, so it seems that the only option is to identify them by topic (they start with "Autostart without work").

But identifications using the subject line also cause problems, for example: what if users have a different language and the text is in a different language?

Has anyone solved this before and has a better way to identify these messages? (or list of translations :))

I believe that JAMES has a method of identifying responses to outside the office. I used to work on a small ESP and what we used to send emails and analyze the responses we received.

I know it's a little late to answer this, but Outlook now has a rule condition called an “automatic response” that you can use to filter Out of Office responses
