CodeIgniter works on any shared hosting, but IPOWER?

Question

I have been working on a case using Pyrocms, CMS on CI, on my local WAMP server for a couple of months. I recently started deploying to the IPOWER web hosting server (www.ipower.com).

The installation process stops after the first step. And the error message below.

ON CHROME

Error 101 (net :: ERR_CONNECTION_RESET)

I also tried IE, Firefox, and they all stop in the first step.

So, I started LONG research, I found that several CodeIgniter-based CMSs may not work well on IPOWER. All of them show error 101 in Chrome. That’s why I’m starting to think that something is wrong with setting up IPOWER web hosting. Then I will check all the settings, including .htaccess / sessions / rewrite mod ... etc., None of them have a problem. I do not know if this is yet another ignorant disappointment.

Anyone help me? Or any possible suggestion would be highly appreciated.
