Tool to create a full backup of SQL-Sever database on shared hosting?

I have a site on shared hosting. I want to make a full backup of the Sql-Server 2005 database. I can connect to db using the server management studio, but I cannot perform a full backup because I cannot reach any file system (due to limitations host). Can anyone help?

You should talk to your hosting and see what they recommend doing with a full backup, meanwhile you can use Import / Export data to transfer data to a local database.
