Open Source .NET Vector Graphics Editor

Does anyone know of any open source editors written in .NET?

I know Inkscape is very popular, but written in C ++. The only .NET I know is XDraw , but would like something more active or with more features.

Paint.Net is the best I know. Not quite a vector editor like Inkscape, but it provides layers like Photoshop / Gimp, so it can be used just like Inkscape.
