NoSQL for storing product information?

We are going to solve the client’s need for a web application that contains a volume of large products and their data, including prices, weight, physical volleyball and much more.

All but prices are data that will be stored once, and then probably will not be changed. Prices, on the other hand, will be updated at least once a day in accordance with changing exchange rates. Therefore, we thought a bit about switching to a noSQL database, but I have no experience to decide if this is a good idea or just a fancy and modern solution to our problem?

It?

Thank you so much!

As Michael explained , a relational database might be enough, depending on your exact requirements. However, a NoSQL database may be the best solution depending on two aspects of your requirements: quantity and format .
