Suppose I have 2 mobile phones that are 50 meters apart, and I would like to send a very small packet of data from mobile phone A to mobile B without using any connection to the cell tower.
To simplify, I would like to create an application that implements a peer-to-peer connection for two mobile phones in the same radius (in the same area).
How is this possible using smartphone technology these days? (E.g. Android)
