Twitter OAuth API - Allow the user to revoke application access from the application

Question

I want users to disable their Twitter credentials, and also deny access to applications from my application. When they look at their user profiles and they see that "your account is currently associated with your twitter @abc profile", I would like them to delete this connection.

This is possible for Foursquare and some other applications. Any ideas on which API call exactly for this?

Depending on your application, you might use account / end_session , but this function has now been removed.
