How to create an AVD that replicates a Dell Streak display

Question

Is there a guide somewhere showing [Device]> [Settings for replication in AVD]? If not, what should I use for my Dell Streak?

I do not own Dell Streak, but with reference to this I would advise using a screen with a resolution of 480 * 800 pixels.
