Is there any way to debug using the visual studio command line?

I have a project that I need to work with 3 compilers (Borland, gnu and Microsoft). It works on 2/3, and now I just need to get it to work with Microsoft. It seems to crash in places where it works great with other compilers, so I wonder if there is a way to debug with the command line, perhaps to get a stack trace or get the line that caused the crash, something similar gdbwith gnu.
