Wordpress - Contact Form 7 Do Not Send To A Specific Address

I am using Contact Form 7 with Wordpress, but I am having an email compatibility issue.

I have set up a form for sending by email to email@domain.ca , domain.ca, which is the domain of the website on which the website is hosted. An email address exists and works great, but the contact form continues to fail when sending.

If I change the email address to any of my Gmail or other accounts, it works fine.

I am looking for ideas or suggestions on how I can debug this. This is due to the fact that the site is hosted on a shared hosting server, but the mail server is in the house in a physical place?

Any ideas would be great.

The issue of recording MX with a shared host has completed. I had to set up an MX record to send mail to an external host instead of internal mail servers (he did not understand that the mail server was external).

The problem is solved, and all is well.

EDIT: We encountered this problem several times with hosting. In essence, cPanel gives you the opportunity to say that the mail servers are external, but often you cannot actually make changes. We must remove the mail servers and hard code the external one so that it works correctly and consistently.
