Checkstyle plugin for eclipse

Eclipse has a checkstyle plugin that points to the wrong encoding methods. Is there any tool or in some way in which some of these problems can be automatically fixed?
 For example, suppose you clean up unused imports. If the tool can automatically visit the entire project and delete unused imports?
